I have two boards, one is internal and the other external to our organization. I have automation set up where if certain conditions are met on an internal item, a matching item is created on the external board.
That part I have down, but what I want to know is can I get the item link of the original internal item, then insert that link into a specific column in the external board. The idea is that we’ll have this column for our internal team to be able to easily find the original item.
