Could we please add links to the board and the item to the fields available when creating automations for things such as emails?
Obviously I can add the board link in the email body myself, but it doesn’t actually come through as a hyperlink, and I cannot add the direct Item link without a way to reference the item ID.

I tried creating a “links” column in my board and used item defualt values to autopopulate it, but the outlook integration will still just send the full link as normal text. Not a hyperlink.

The hyperlink is available on the teams integration however it goes to the channel and not an individual. This has been frustrating for me to try to find a free workaround.
Hey @Roxie1155 if you are open to marketplace apps, I recommend trying out SuperMail, it allows sending touch text designed automated emails, including hyperlinks and you can also add a link to your item.

My main frustration with Monday is how often extra apps are needed for what seem like basic PM tasks. In my experience, if you tell someone “go look at this,” it only really happens when you give them the actual link or file to review.
