Hi there - I currently have an Outlook integration set up where when someone emails a certain email address it automatically creates an item in my board.
Is there a way to add to this integration so that when the email is received, the item is created and it pulls information such as the name of the requestor and add attachments from the email to the update section?

Yeah, the native Outlook → monday integration is pretty limited. If you want incoming emails to create items with sender info and attachments automatically added, check out Email to Tasks for monday.com. It’s built exactly for that - lets you log gmail emails (and their files) straight into your boards without losing any context.
