Automate Subitems using Creation Log

Hi! New to the community and wondering if there is a way to automatically assign a “person” in the person column to a subitem that has been created by an automation. I already have a creation log in my subitem but unable to automatically get the person column assigned based on the creation log. Any suggestions? I thought for sure there would be a dynamic option but doesn’t look like it…
