Hi everyone, I seem to have discovered a glitch in automation setup for multiple subitems. I have an automation set up that will automatically add 10 subitems when a lead status is changed. BUT, it is now creating 12 items, with one of those wrongly created items being a duplicate of another subitem, and the other being an empty subitem. I think this is a glitch…I’ve tried refreshing and turning the automation on and off…help! 
If this is consistent, and you know you only have one automation set to create them, I’d reach out to the actual monday support team since they will likely want a ticket and you to grant access to your account for them to investigate something like this.
Assuming its not a third party app.
