Is there an automation I can use based on how long an item has been in a group? For example, I have a group called “waiting on certification” and the item should only remain there for a few days at most. I would like an automation to warn me when an item has been in a group longer than a certain amount of days. I can’t use a status/due date column becuase I have a lot of subitems for tracking purposes and it would get heavy laden with another status/due date column.
Hi @awright - you could just set a date when the item is created in the group or moved to the group (if via automation). Then have an automation to notify you 3 days after that date arrives if still in the group. Something like this:
