Through a trigger automation, I need to move a parent item together with the subitems to a different board & workspace. My problem is that It only moves the parent item and does not include the subitem. Is there a way to make sure that it includes the subitem?
@Cihan I’ve had the same issues before. It’s pretty common. Monday doesn’t offer too many automations for their subitems unfortunately. Something I’ve found very helpful is Make.com, it is an automation development software that is basically no code. It works seamlessly with Monday and has many ways to work with subitems. That’s what we use as a company and for most of our clients looking to vamp up their automations.
