Automation not moving over Columns

Hi there,

I’m trying to automate part of our process for when a Won Sales Lead Turns into a Project we’re working on.

Source Board Items

Source Board Automation

Everything with automation works fine, but it won’t move one of the columns. The item in question has two Connect Boards Columns with the same settings in both the source and target boards. When the Item moves across, it’ll move one of the Connect Board Columns, but not the other?

Target Board Result

There is no option in the automation to ensure that the Target Connect Boards column is being populated by the correct source column.

I’ve ran out of things to try, please advise me what I’m doing wrong!

Thanks for flagging this!

I have tested this on my end and having run into any issues here.

Just to clarify, the 2 connect board columns exist on both the source board and target board and the boards connected in the source board, match those connected in the target board? In addition, are there any other boards connected in the problematic connect board column?
