We’ve set up an automation to notify specific people when a status is changed. Is there a way to set it up so it doesn’t send the notification to the person that made the change as it’s quite redundant as that person is aware they changed the status? This is especially onerous for the board administrator that does a lot of status changes so is being inundated with notifications.

Hey Cam,
I hear where you’re coming from here.
If the person is included in the recipe, then it is expected for them to be notified even if they made the change. That said, I completely understand why this would become both redundant and frustrating, so will certainly share this feedback with our team internally.
Thanks Bianca, even if it’s just another statement “if user is not me/userABC”
