Automation shouldn't notify the person who changed the status

Hey,
it cant be only me but i cant found any information on this topic.
For example i set up automation that notifies me (and several other people) on status change. Is there a way to prevent it from notifying MYSELF when I DO the change?

I agree with this idea. It should act the same as when I post an update. I don’t get an email notification when I am the one who posted an update in a task. It should be the same with status changes.
