I am ultimately looking for a way to duplicate subitems from one board to another. I know there isn’t an automation for that yet, but has anyone had any experience with a workaround? Rather than having a bunch of boards and manually having to duplicate tasks, I’d like to have one main project board that has subitems assigned to various departments and dependent on what department/person it is assigned to, certain subitems will be duplicated to another supporting board.

Can I ask if the subitem templates app could work for you in this case? If you’re needing those same subitems across boards, you can apply a template that will achieve this for you.
