Automation to move item to subitems?

Hello,

We operate a number of locations on a seasonal basis. To support these locations, we have team leaders go out to visit/inspect the sites a few times during the season. The “inspection form” is a Monday.com form that loads data in to the Inspection Board. These come in as items, but it’s more useful to have multiple inspections saved under a main “parent item” for each site. Currently we do this manually, but things can sometimes get misplaced. I can’t seem to find an automation that will convert them to a subitem in the right location, and I’m not sure if it’s because I’m just missing it, or if it doesn’t exist.

Is there a way to convert an item to a subitem by matching the first column criteria, without resorting to a third-party product?
