Automations are super inconsistent and buggy

I love Monday, and I have spoken to chat. I find the notification system to be super frustrating. I have boards that are connected to a form. Monday is not notifying me of “new items” so I set up an automation that when a new item is created, it fires an email to my gmail that is connected.

It was working and then stopped. I then have to remember everyday to go check Monday for new clients.

Does anyone have any ideas? I have tried deleting and re-adding. I also have an automation that is suppose to populate the date, and that’s stopped working.

Its super buggy and I just need this program to work consistently. Is it me?

Computers and programs are still not perfect; it’s true. But you should not be experiencing issues to this degree.
