Hi team,
I have only been using Monday.com for a few weeks now - still lots to learn but so far am loving it.
Just trying to set up notifications to Slack for when an item/subitems timeline start date is about to begin - I can only see a template to notify a slack channel - ideally i want to notify the person that item is assigned to (People column is set up)
Is this possible?
Notifications on Monday.com itself are working ok - as some people don’t use it as often as others - Slack is the preferred
I have noticed in my Monday notifcations settings that i cannot tick automations in the slack column.
could this be the issue and is due the type of account my work has?
