Is it possible to configure a bar chart to show values in %? I don’t have this option in the bar chart, only item count or sum of number columns.
Is it possible to set up a formula that returns values in percent so that I can use it in my bar chart?
The chart I need is of estimated time (Y axis) by category (X axis), where:
Estimated time: Numbers column
Category: Labels column
Hi Camilla, just trying to better understand your question. You are tracking time in hours, but you want to represent this as a percentage. Is this as a percentage of the overall hours? I would probably recommend using a pie chart instead of a bar chart if you want to compare time spent in different areas as a percentage.
I think using 100% Bar Chart will solve the question.
However, I have a question to the Bar Chart as it seems there is a bug. When using 100% Bar Chart the “Y” axis should show % from 0% to 100% and it shows that, but using $ sign (we are comparing data in USD, converted by the 100% Bar chart to %). Can this be fixed? It’s misleading and should show % sign for % Bar Chart instead of $?
