When adding an If/Else statement in your workflow it will always put the existing workflow on the “Yes” side. There should be a way to either switch sides.
I’m now having to rebuild a 50 step workflow because I wanted an additional If/Else early in the workflow, but it puts the workflow on the “Yes” path but I need it on the “No”.
