I just cleared out (trashed) about 20 notifications that I had already cleared earlier today. This has happened before months ago–then started happening again last week. What would make the notifications reoccur? Is there something I can do to force it to keep notifications from duplicating?
Hi Kindra! If I understand correctly, you’re deleting notifications from the bell icon on the platform, like this:
However, it seems like the same notifications keep reappearing after you delete them, is that correct? If you haven’t done so already, could you try clearing your browser’s history and cache to see if that resolves the issue? Please let me know if the problem persists.
