Board data send to templates

Hi everyone,

I have a use case I’d like to find out if possible.

I have a form that is connected to a board. And the board has various responses. At the end of every month I’d like to create a report on these responses. I could host a template of the form on a doc.

Is there a way to create a report, and say for example a line to say “The average rating for this month is: xxx” and the xxx is filled in by the average number on the rating column of the submissions? I know I could import the board onto a doc and only show the rating column, but instead of this I’d like to see it in text as “3/5” for example.

Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

Hi Shauna,

I think the only way you might be able to do this is by having a Numbers widget to output your average, and then just give that numbers widget the ‘title’ that matches the sentence you want. Something like:

Not ideal, but hopefully presents it clearly!
