My boards are not exporting to Excel. They seem to be stuck in exporting mode. Maybe my account needs to be refreshed. Please help.

Monday.com boards are not exporting to Excel, there are a few things you can try:
- Refresh your browser
- Try exporting your board to CSV instead of Excel
- Make sure you are exporting the main table view of your board.
- If you are still having trouble, try exporting your board to a different
browser or device.

@Tammynikki This has happened to us a few times as well. I haven’t gotten an explanation from Monday as to why it happens, but typically exiting out of all monday tabs and trying again has done the trick for us.
Our problem is our Mac users were unable to export to Excel using the Monday.com desktop app. Monday tech support told me today that “we are currently facing a general issue with this action in our desktop version. Our team is actively working on resolving it as quickly as possible.” They confirmed the issue affects both Mac and PC users of the Monday.com and desktop app. Their suggested solution is to use the web app and “perform the export in an Incognito window”. This solution works for us. I asked them if they had an ETA as to a fix for their desktop app, but they do not.
