For the last 2 days every time I open a board from my Favorites list on the left, I see a full screen message where the board should be that says this.
“You’re currently on the Pro plan.
Upgrade to Standard to unlock Shareable Boards and many more features like:
(Learn more button)
[Switch board from shareable to main]”
Hey! I sent this along to the team to check. Are you still having the issue? It seems it maybe something with our account.

I don’t think it is just your account, we are seeing something similar across our account also over the past few days.
Our message tells us we are on the Pro Plan and to Upgrade to the Pro Plan to unlock Private boards etc.

Hi Linda! I’ve checked on the case I opened for you in July with our Technical Support Team, and it looks like they closed it because you mentioned that the behavior had stopped. No need to worry, though! I’ve opened a new ticket for you, and they’ll be reaching out to you via email to help resolve!
