My company is creating an inventory of gifting/swag items that our sales team can select from and send to their clients or bring with them on sales calls.
I am trying to create a request form where, whatever we have in the inventory board “mirrors” into the request form (so we’re not manually adding and removing items based on our inventory), our sales team can select from the list of items, that will then automate an alert to the proper channels for approval and then ultimately fulfilled my the admin assigned.
And finally the admin can hit a button of some sort, to automatically deduct the items from the inventory board after the request is fulfilled.
Is any of this possible?
Yes, it can be done either on Monday or with other tools connected to Monday as well.
