Looking to hire someone to help with creating an order checklist

Each of our jobs have a different list of materials needed.
We want to be able to create a form that we can give to our warehouse specialist to pull.
Once the order is pulled from our inventory whatever is left is ordered and picked up from supplier. I would like that list of what is not in inventory to get emailed to supplier and our warehouse manager will have that list to use as a checklist for when he picks up at supplier to ensure all was picked up.

The forms created using WorkForms module can be integrated with your existing inventory software, while automatically syncing with monday.com workflows and boards. Through the several permissions and settings, you can decide how your forms are accessed and viewed by suppliers. Some of the permissions include the form restrictions, submission view, personalizing the screen, and the sync between responses.
