We are using a board to gather inputs for a project risk score assessment. The field inputs should total a score. I cannot figure out how to write the formula column to calculate the final score. Can someone please help me with how to adjust this board or form to facilitate the automatic score calculation?

We would like the Risk Score to automatically calculate and then populate the Risk Tier column if the score reaches a specific threshold.
