Are there plans to allow for the creator/owner of a document to set the permissions for other users?
We have documents that should only be read-only, however everybody in the team needs to access them.
(Or is there a different way to set up the document to achieve this?)

Are you referring to monday docs? If so, this is possible! If you select the option to only allow doc owners to edit then all other users can only view the document.
