I am looking for a way to sort/organize individual items in one board but across different groups (but I do not have the “Tags” feature). Is there a way to sort according to the “Dropdown” or “Notes” feature? For example: I have a project management board and each group is a different client but I would like to be able to search/sort all the items/projects listed as “Web Dev” and have them pulled from each client group to see all at once.

You can then even save this as a new view!

Hi Kim, this was so helpful thank you! I think The “Group By” feature is exactly what I was looking for. I tried it just by labelling items with color names (e.g. green, blue, yellow) and then successfully grouped by those labels.
From here, do you per chance know if I could use that “Group By” feature to mirror in another board? For example, if I wanted to an item in a different workspace to be “Green Projects” and I could mirror all the items labeled “green” in my original workspace?
