We have a form published to public access but we want to restrict the form access to these approved domains. However, it seemed not work and everyone can access to the form. Is there a way to achieve it?

If you’re using WorkForms, one idea would be to set a permission on your form that requires people to log in to your monday.com account in order to access the form.
This will restrict the ability to fill out the form to team members only. Once you’ve selected “Require submitters to log in” you will also have the option to choose the “Redirect to login page” which will automatically redirect the submitter to login to monday.com, if they are not already logged in.
However, if you are using the form for people who are not from your company/monday.com account, you could try to just share it by embedding the form link in a place only accessible to the people with those approved domains or emailing the link to them.
I know neither suggestions are ideal workarounds but we are expecting some form security enhancements to be released in the coming months that may help with this!
