Share public link to board that can be filtered

I need to share a public link to a board view where it is possible for person using the link to filter. Is this possible? I need to show executives without log in where their project requests stand in the workflow / approval process.

Thanks in advance for any ideas or assistance.

Hi,

Currently, public links to Monday board views don’t support filtering by the viewer. Here are some alternatives:

  1. Dashboard Widgets: Share a dashboard with pre-filtered widgets.
  2. Filtered Views: Create and share multiple views with the needed filters.
  3. Custom Reports: Share reports that show filtered data.

I came across your post and thought the scheduled board snapshots feature in Smart Spreadsheet might be a good fit for your case. I can’t say for certain, but you can take a look at this community post to see if it meets your needs
