Can you have an item created on one board that will trigger a deletion on another?

Looking to have a item that is created on one board trigger a deletion of the same named item on another board. Is this possible? I have several different trackers that I need items removed from once it is added to another board. I use it for off-boarding employees. Is this possible? I don’t see a current solution with an automation
