Capitalization in CRM Duplicate Detection

For the duplicate detection to work even CAPITALIZATION has to match in the customer name to avoid making an additional entry in the contacts board. This is not consistent with an enterprise-level CRM. Is basic import intelligence coming?

If I am understanding correctly, your issue is that the duplication search does not match if the value is on case capitalized and in another case it is not?

I checked and it seems this does work.
