CC List Column

Description

We are evaluating (and will mostly likely sign up in the next day or so) for Monday Service. The one thing missing is the ability to see who is cc’d on the ticket (without opening the email, and clicking the arrow next to sender).

In our business, probably 90% of all tickets have multiple recipients, usually the sender’s superiors and/or teammates.

Going along with this issue is that if you simply click the reply button, and not reply all, we are going to not reply to the correct people.

What are you trying to achieve

I would like to see a new column in the ticket that gives me a CC list for the ticket, and ideally an option in the email settings to DEFAULT to reply all.

Default “reply all”, please!
