Hi, I am trying to have contact’s email replies with CCs of their colleagues added as items in boards.
So, the scenario would look like this: We email a contact, they reply while cc’ing their colleague (a new rep at that company), this colleague in the cc needs to be added as a new item on the board.
Essentially, when someone emails me back and has a cc on the email, I want that cc email recipient added to the same board.
