What happens when one change job? Will the calendar activities still be in our Google / Hotmail? Or it gets wipes off.
What happens when we close the account or Downgrade? Is calendar activities still there?

If you were to close your account or downgrade, any items created in your external calendar via monday.com will remain in the calendar. Depending on the plan you downgrade to, you just may not be able to use this functionality anymore - however even upon cancelling your account, those activities will remain in your external calendar.
