Clear column value not working

Recently the “clear” ability has been removed from all my tabs/columns - anyone else seeing this? Basically when you used to hover over any column item that had text, a date, priority, etc, there used to be a little “x” on the right side of that item to clear what was entered. That is now gone.

I use the priority (star rankings) a lot - as there is no “0” stars, the only way to clear and remove the stars now that the little “x” is removed, is to right-click and clear values.

Not sure if this is just on my end -

I’m not sure if it’s helpful but all my little ‘x’ things are still in place and available. Here’s what I would do:

  1. Refresh page and try again
  2. Close the browser window and start again in a new one
  3. Try in an incognito tab
  4. support@monday.com

I know it doesn’t make sense, but sometimes, if there is an error of some sort that I know isn’t right, an incognito tab makes it different. Then, once I’ve made a change through an incognito tab, the normal tab works again. Weird, but maybe it will be the same for you :woman_shrugging:

Failing that, raise a ticket with support and they will help :slight_smile:

Thanks for the reply, tried the trusted “turn it off and on” haha. it randomly started showing up again about 30 min ago - so not sure what happened, but it was sure a frustrating day without the little ‘x’ haha!
