Color code Last Updated column based on time that has passed since last update

looking to change the color of the last updated column based on the amount of time that has passed for example I want the cell to fill yellow after 1 week has passed from the last update and then turn red when it has been 1 month since the last update the closest I could find was conditional coloring but it wasn’t that in depth
