The Rollup Multiple Boards app does not support subitems yet as there is no API support to get the subitems belonging to an item.
The app can’t read the outcome of a formula column. The monday.com formula column is calculated in your browser and there is no way to use its outcome. Neither by an automations, nor by an app. Maybe General Castor app can solve your use case?
Just wanted to let you know that you can use the Reports by Screenful add-on to create a chart that pulls data from any number of Monday boards and aggregates the time estimate and time tracking fields. You can create a formula column to generate the status based on the values in other columns. Finally, you can place that chart on monday dashboard.
