We use Monday for our meetings, and the meeting agenda is based on input from colleagues. I would like to know if I can set up the following:
I want to generate a QR code that directs colleagues to a Monday form, where they can submit their agenda points for the meeting. This should then automatically be processed into the Monday Doc, so I don’t have to do it myself.
I would create a board for meeting agendas and have a form attached to it. Then use Canva or something similar to create a QR code for that link. For the Monday doc, you can have it pull a filtered table with any view, then pull the form inputs.
Hey @LindaTZO - you can easily set this up using your monday form and a link column.
Just grab your form link, create an item, and once the automation does its magic, paste the link into a link column, it will instantly turn into a QR code. Now you can start sharing it with your colleagues.
This works seamlessly with this automation recipe from QR Item Tracker:
When an Item is created,
generate a QR code and save it
in this File. When QR is scanned,
open this Link.
Plus, you can view scan activity in the History tab and customize your QR code design to match your brand.
