I have used the QR item tracker and it has cool features but i noticed that it does not work on an ios device, particularly when i want to select something from an another board.but it works far better on an android

We worked with you @mfonb on this through support earlier. The scanning issue was related to your iOS device running an older version. After updating the iOS, the QR scanning worked as expected.
Our QR Item Tracker has a very high scan success rate across devices, including iOS, and the system recorded the scan working correctly once the device was updated.
If anyone else encounters something similar, we recommend making sure the device OS is up to date. And of course, our support team is always happy to help if needed.
