Hi,
by using the integration to add new Monday issues to a Jira board, whenever we update a mapped field inside Monday, it updates the Jira issue. That’s great.
The problem I find is when we have manually added some extra information to the unmapped fields directly in Jira (i.e. Description). When we update one of the fields in Monday (i.e. Status), the automation deletes all data from the unmapped fields.
See here my Jira user is the one executing the automation.
