Creative Agency team looking for an expert Monday.com PM / Consultant

We are a creative agency team of 2-4 people (sometimes more based on our workload) designing and building websites, visual identities, creative / interior concepts and more. We’ve created workspaces for 2 main “retainer” type clients and another workspace for web design build. We need help developing a workflow for client change requests, project / profit and loss, develop a weekly workflow.

We are not new to this and have been using Monday for at least 5-6 years but only recently have created standard operating procedures that we can follow every time. We’ve done a lot of the heavy lifting but need an expert to really setup these boards in a way that makes sense to our process and remote working.

We’ve already tried this one with someone who could not deliver. Hopefully you can!? Thank you in advance.

  • measuring resources to make sure we have enough people to complete a job on time
  • time management: making sure we are on top of planning new web design build projects so that we are accurately predicting workload and mange client expectations
  • review our current weekly workflow and make suggestions for how things can work easier (We already have a basic setup
  • at this time we have 3 different configurations/ operating procedures: Website design build, Website Design Request (change of work order), Retainer client / ongoing work and we also take on special projects that have their own operating procedure. Do you have experience with these types of workflows and can you review our current method and make suggestions?

This sounds like a very exciting use case and one that the team at CarbonWeb is very familiar with.
