Easiest way is a board that is your pricelist, and a connect boards column to allow you to select the item, then mirror the price to the item.

The only downside is if you change the price in the pricelist it changes it on all the items using it, which isn’t great for sales.
Column Magic, which I am involved in the development of, can copy a mirror column to a regular column. Use the change in the connect boards to trigger the copy of the mirror to a regular numbers column.
That way, the price doesn’t change on closed quotes.
