The ability to update monday.com items via email pulse is a fantastic feature, greatly streamlining workflows and keeping all communication centralized. However, for those of us who often work from our smartphones or tablets, there’s a significant hurdle: the current lack of direct access to the pulse link within the monday.com mobile app.
This means that when you receive an email related to a task and you’re away from your computer, you can’t easily send the email as update. This creates a disjointed experience, forcing users to switch to their desktop, which can be time-consuming and is inefficient. Furthermore, we can not guarantee that the information (updates) in monday is always up-to-date, especially when you’re on the go.
Integrating this seemingly small feature would make a huge difference for anyone relying on monday’s email pulse for collaborative work.
