I nowhere have the customisation tab nor possibility on any type of graph.
Would you be so kind to share some screenshots, so I’m completely sure I’m looking in the right places (I think I am though, but just to be sure).

I still do not succeed in findin that option anywhere.
I even skimmed through the general settings to see if this was something that had to be ticked off or anything.

Some people on the same subscription as we, do see the customisation options, as we do not.

You can find this functionality in the dashboards (not the boards) > parameters of a widget > personalize

I guess “personnaliser” gives “more settings” in English and not “personalize” 
After this post it came back for a week and has since been gone again. Why it comes and goes is frustrating. When I want to use it, it’s gone and when I don’t have the time to update all my charts it’s there.
I had it 2 days ago, yesterday I didn’t have it, today it’s back haha.

This long-requested feature is now rolling out gradually, allowing you to tailor your chart colors across all your dashboards, board views, docs, and item pages, without any extra steps or new engines. To access this feature, make sure you’ve upgraded to the new dashboard engine (you can do this by clicking the three-dot menu at the top right of your dashboard and selecting “Upgrade to new dashboard engine”).
What’s the difference between Pro and ENT? In Pro, color customization is limited to any Monday color. In Enterprise, you’ll have access to a full color picker, allowing you to use your brand colors.
Where will you be able to customize your chart colors? Any dashboard, any board view, any doc, and any item page (as long as you’re in Pro or Enterprise tiers).
