Days live when no end date

Hi, I’m trying to create a column that shows how many days live a campaign has been.

I have a few scenarious.
I’ve used the timeline column and will add the start and end date on these.

If i have a start and end date - how to show number of days live
In the same column i would also like to show, if i have a start date but no end date show number of days live with todays date.

Is there an easy way.

Something like if campaign start and end date complete, show amount of days. else if start date but no end date. Calculate Today - start date = days live.
