Deactivate idle accounts instead of deleting

If a user does not accept an invite within 90 days, it deletes the account fully and will not be able to recover any data related to them.

This poses as an issue as there is no warning automated to advise admins that a user has not accepted the invite and removes any trace of their name from the system. (Making it challenging to identify who it was.)

Rather than deleting the user completely, it would be ideal to deactivate them - or allow admins to “accept” the invite on the user’s behalf. Even if this only provides a placeholder for their account.

Deleting accounts is a major issue. Once user is deleted, there isn’t an easy way to even know who the user was. You have “remember” who they are when you see them assigned to tasks. Please do not delete users.

More specifically, it would be at minimum helpful to receive a notification to the Admins - that if an action is not taken within [x amount of time] the (user that is idle/has not accepted their invite) will be deactivated.

Allowing for more precise tracking and notice.
