Deadline based on certain time of day

Hi All,
We have a date column for our ‘deadline’.
What we want to do is be able to automate an email alert/notification that is sent when the status of the job is NOT done at 4pm on that deadline day.
so, my question is can the date be broken down into hours and then Monday do something at a specific time of the day?

You can accomplish this using automations. See below for a screenshot of this automation.

The key will be clicking the “When” in the first line of the automation, and that is where you can select at 4pm.
