Deeper Teams Integration

I would like to see a more robust features and automation options with the Teams integration. A chief request for me is to allow notifications to be directed to Teams Group Chats and not only Teams Channels.

I agree. Please, dear Monday devs, make the Teams integration at least as good as the Slack integration. Right now it’s one-way only. Include the ability to message a user from “Email and Activities”, or from an automation. And let a Teams user be able to message to a specific update/pulse in Teams. Otherwise, your ServiceDesk template is a big waste of time.
