Delete Required Column CRM

Recently we add CRM for our company, we use the default template for CRM, i want to try to delete a few columnd but its gray and with the message “The column its required and cannot be deleted”, any sugestion?

Sadly this is an annoying part with the monday Products. They have built automations around this column so you cant delete it (even though you don’t use it). The best you can do is hide it via column permissions.

This is why we tend to lean towards building custom CRM solutions in standard work management (less annoying limitations like this)

Hi @Mario ,

Some columns may have formulas, automations, or other dependencies on their data. Deleting such a column could break these formulas or processes, leading to errors or data inconsistencies .pls check whether the column have any exisiting automation.
