Hi @Julietteb.

I am an Enterprise account user. In the video session you mention that Workflows will be available for all Pro & ENT accounts by the beginning of August.

It is now almost October 1st, and it still nowhere to be found. When can we expect it to release?

Hi Kasper! Sorry about the delay. At the moment, monday workflows is available for enterprise only.

You can read more about the pricing here. If you have any more questions about pricing feel free to reach out to our support team!

Hi Juliette

As I have already mentioned, I am an Enterprise account user, and yet I do not have access.

So, what I am wondering is: Why it is so hard to get any concrete information about the timing of launch for new features?

There is no longer any roadmap anywhere. There is no list you can find of upcoming or planned feature updates being developed. All I have is the Feature Requests community board, where I have to dig to figure out what is actually being worked on and how it corresponds to old wishes and requests from other users such as myself.

Other than that I can sign up for Elevate, but even then, there is no (specific) word on when any of the features talked about there will actually materialize.

There is also nowhere to go to see what has actually been released or when:

The What’s New site only mentions a handful of updates each month, most of which are specific to CRM or Dev. Most often, features (such as Workflows or the All boards filter released to dashboards) will be silently deployed to some users over a long period time without any notice or release notes being posted.

Often I will find out about updates by stumbling upon them within monday itself. I don’t know how long they have been available, just that they are suddenly there.

It makes me feel like there might be things that I am not aware of and missing out on. It’s not ideal.
