Description
Currently, when emails are extracted into monday.com items, only the first 10 attachments are displayed in the file overview and slideshow views. Any additional attachments included in the same email are not visible.
This limitation can be problematic, especially for compliance, documentation, and audit-related processes, where it is essential to have access to all files that were originally received. From a user perspective, it is also confusing, as there is no clear indication that additional attachments exist but are not shown.
What are you trying to achieve
All attachments from an email should be displayed and accessible within the item, regardless of the number of files attached to the original email.
Why this matters:
Ensures full transparency and data completeness
Supports compliance and audit requirements
Prevents accidental loss or oversight of important documents
Improves trust and usability of email-to-item workflows
It would be great if this limitation could be removed or at least clearly indicated in the UI when not all attachments are shown.
