The ability to “preview” an email within the files uploaded within Monday. Currently the file can be uploaded and saved, but has to be downloaded to be viewed.
For time and ease, being able to view the email message chain will increase productivity.

@inny12 yeah, I totally agree - having to download every .eml or .msg just to read it kills the workflow
You might want to check out Email to Tasks for monday.com - it lets you send and receive emails directly in monday, and the message body (plus attachments) is visible right inside the item, no downloading needed. Makes following the email thread way smoother.
